A health and wellness coach is a professional who helps individuals primarily focus on lifestyle adjustments, behavior modification and general wellness.
If you want to improve your health but don’t know where to start. You’re having a hard time sticking to your goals. You want to develop healthy habits. You cannot seem to achieve permanent change.
A questionnaire will be completed prior to the coaching session to assess the resources needed. During your first coaching session, you will be asked questions about what you hope to achieve from the coaching experience and what constitutes a successful experience.
My most recommended programs are either three or six months. Three month programs are good for low to medium complexity cases and six month programs are good for medium to high complexity cases.
