As a health & wellness and nutrition coach, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals by providing guidance, support, and my past experience from a similar journey.
I began working with thirty-minute sessions for a few clients. As I gained more experience and built a reputation for this expertise, I started to attract more clients. As a result of this success, I knew that I wanted and could do more to help others with similar issues as I had or wanted a healthier lifestyle.
My clients are not only successful in my business life but also in their personal lives. They feel more confident, they have more energy and time to spend with their families and friends, and they are more fulfilled in their professional lives.

Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree in business administration
Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine
Continuing education and training in areas such as coaching techniques and the carnivore diet
Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), with a specialization in overcoming mental and emotional challenges
Experience with autoimmunity, chronic fatigue, constipation and diabetes type II, fertility, pregnancy and child nutrition
Experience in business or management, as well as a proven track record of success as a business manager or mentor.
