01. Private coaching sessions
Clients will have regular, personalized coaching sessions with me to discuss their specific challenges and goals, and receive feedback and guidance on how to overcome obstacles and achieve last well-being results.
02. Skill-building exercises
Skill-building in areas such as mental health, goal setting, emotional intelligence and eating for better health and wellness.
03. Actionable strategies
Strategies such as goal setting, breaking down goals, personalized plans, behavioral change techniques, a non-judgmental environment and examining emotional and mental skills will be used to empower clients to take ownership of their own well-being.
04. Support and guidance
All coaching programs include unlimited email support and guidance throughout the program that is based on a holistic approach to wellness, in addition to live video calls.
05. Personalized feedback
Each client can expect ongoing feedback that is tailored to their personal context. This is not a pre-packaged program, self-study or one-size fits all service but personalized feedback for you only!
